Since pole dancing levels vary by studio, start with our Pole Level Quiz to to find a class that's right for you, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro! For in-depth level requirements, please visit and read our Pole Levels page before booking any class.

Step 2: Book a Class

Now that you've determined your pole dancing level, it's time to book a class! Check our Class Descriptions page to find a class that matches your confirmed level and goals (tricks, flow, or both!). If you're unsure, consult our "Suggested Class Progression" flow chart (located at the bottom of Class Descriptions page). Use the button below or visit our Class Schedule page to book and pay directly.

Important: Please book classes (including choreography) that correspond with your confirmed pole dancing level based on Rise and Climb Fitness' requirements.
