Our team consists of instructors who are trained in dance, gymnastics, and pole. With many years of experience, we are committed to providing you with the best pole experience! We strive on safety, concentrating on teaching you the correct technique to prevent any potential injuries.

Amanda
Amanda started pole dancing in 2014 on a whim and instantly fell in love with it. She loves how empowering and freeing pole has been and wants to share that with others. In 2016, she competed in PSO and placed 2nd in her category. Amanda been an instructor for three years and has found it to be one of the most rewarding part of her pole journey so far. Her specialty is teaching freestyle classes and loves pushing students outside of their comfort zone in order to help them find their own unique style and flow.

Charlie
Charlie has been poling since 2016. She originally was looking for a rock climbing gym and instead, stumbled onto a pole studio. She tried one class and has been addicted since. She’s competed twice before and recently had a baby. She is starting back at level one but is embracing her journey while falling back in love with pole. She wants to share her love and passion for pole with others, hopes to inspire them to believe in themselves and try something new (you never know where it’ll take you!)

Gracie
Grace started her pole journey in February 2022 in search of a sport that combines one of her biggest passions, dance, and one of her favorite pastimes, being upside down. She has trained in many styles of dance and specializes in ballet and heels. She has been dancing competitively since 2013 and was a gymnast prior. She has been a USAG competitive gymnastics coach for 6 years and a dance teacher for 7. She loves to share her passions and strives to create a safe space in the dance room to learn and grow!

Helene
Helene started poling in 2016 after her daughter convinced her to take a class. It was love right from the beginning. As a former gymnast and cheerleader Helene loves the challenge that Pole provides. Helene‘s true passion is pole silks because the feeling of flying is so exciting. Helene was a cheerleading coach for 15 years and a Zumba fitness instructor for eight years and has always found teaching to be very rewarding. Helene has also enjoyed 5 competitions and proudly has brought home a few 1st place medals as well as a 2nd and 4th place medal.

Mani
After dancing for 10 years in several different art styles and being a member of a professional dance company, Mani is happy to share his experience at Rise and Climb Fitness. He has been poling since 2019 and placed in the top 3 in his competitions at PSO. His motto in dance and pole is, “Anyone is welcome.”

Mel
Mel started her aerial journey 8 years ago with her first Lyra class and then was introduced to a pole tricks class. In 2019, she began her exotic floor work journey and quickly fell in love with this beautiful style of pole dancing. She loves all things aerial and hopes to bring this love and sense of community to her classes.

Ong
Ong took her first pole class years ago but then discovered Rise and Climb where she's been taking classes since August of 2023. She fell in love with pole which also opened the door to Aerial arts. Whether it be on the pole, in fabrics, or in a hoop, she loves being in the air! Her goal is to introduce pole to students in a safe and fun way, and to help them build a strong foundation. Pole has helped her build so much confidence, and she hopes it can do the same for others.

Rachel
Rachel has been poling since 2019, and has a backgroud in bodybuilding, kickboxing and numerous other sports and physical activites. She loves pole because of its supportive community, the challenge it brings, and the opportunity of being a creative outlet. Rachel loves to share her knowledge, help others realize their potential in addition to supporting students along with their own pole journey and celebrate all of their little and big successes.
